ABOUT US
The job retraining market, encompassing upskilling, reskilling, and workforce development programs, is experiencing robust growth driven by technological disruptions, particularly AI and machine learning (ML). approximately 39% of existing skill sets are expected to be transformed or become obsolete between 2025 and 2030. Many professionals are finding that their past, traditional work experiences are not sufficient to keep their jobs, and they are not certain how to retrain in the new job market. They struggle to understand what makes them unqualified for specific jobs and come up with the right strategy. Recent graduates are also not sure about the skills they need to develop in AI/ML to compete with others and find good entry-level positions.

At Experteze STEMM Bridge, we believe that every child deserves access to high-quality education—regardless of
their background or where they go to school. Our program is dedicated to bringing the power of Science, Technology,
Engineering, Mathematics and Medicine (STEMM) to students in underserved communities and public/government schools across the region.
What We Do:
Experteze STEMM Bridge provides dynamic, hands-on learning experiences that ignite curiosity and fuel the potential of
students while preparing them for admission to quality higher education colleges.
We design and deliver STEMM workshops, after-school programs, and weekend bootcamps that make learning math, physics, chemistry, biology
and engineering concepts both fun and accessible.
Our curriculum is carefully tailored to be culturally relevant and age-appropriate, focusing
on real-world applications to make science and math feel less abstract and more exciting.
From building model rockets to exploring the chemistry of everyday materials,
we emphasize experimentation, collaboration, and critical thinking.

In many underserved communities, students face limited access to quality STEMM education,
resources, and role models. Experteze STEMM Bridge aims to close that gap—equipping young minds not only
with knowledge but with the confidence to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering, and math.

Dr. Mohan Venkataramana
President, Syntonix Inc. and President, Experteze
Dr. Mohan Venkataramana is a serial entrepreneur and President of Syntonix Inc. He is a graduate of IIT Madras (B.Tech in Chemical Engineering), the University of Illinois at Chicago (M.S. in Energy Engineering), and MIT (Ph.D, Chemical Engineering). He also worked at AT&T Bell Laboratories, Microsoft, Amazon, Caltech, and the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center. At Experteze, he has conducted and organized several online classes, workshops and bootcamps.
Praveen Venkataramana
CEO, MITEG
Praveen Venkataramana received has Bachelor's (MIT) and Master's (Caltech) degrees in Mathematics. At MITEG, he is currently focusing on developing and commercializing AI/ML based applications in a variety of sectors including life sciences and healthcare.
Banu Gopalan
MITEG
Banu Gopalan is a bioinformatics expert and has several years of professional and industrial experience in bioinformatics at Cleveland Clinic Genomic Medicine Institute, Monsanto, UC Davis, and PNNL.
Dr. Brijendra Gupta (Guest Professor)
Mentor, Experteze Research
Prof. Brijendra Gupta has over 15 years of industrial and academic experience. He is an associate professor, HOD of IT, and Dean of R&D at SCOE, Pune. He has a Masters and Ph.D degree from BHU IIT.

Being part of the Experteze pilot program “Role of Computational Biology in the Post-Corona Era” at through RVS CAS was a very beneficial opportunity and experience for my academic career. The introduction into bioinformatics and basic understanding of different tools for dry lab research was helpful since the current biomedical research landscape involves a large portion in which utilizing such tools is essential and I think it served as a basis for understanding bioinformatics applications. The collaborative spirit definitely helped build better connections and be strong in a field that I was not previously exposed to. The use of R and general concepts for identification of homologs was very fruitful and including such an intensive course onto my CV has been an addition that helped me enter a PhD research position which puts many of the concepts from the course into use, being a molecular biology project, where I now know the different databases from which I can retrieve sequences and predict different homologous strains. This mini-project with other members was a good chance to both understand which data to concentrate on and we were able to present this data among our peers to grow the conversation about microRNA and its role in disease research. The different disease research pathways were helpful in identifying new ways to contribute to solutions or tools that would simplify or make research more efficient and have real-world applications. I would definitely recommend for students in different life sciences to take this course to inculcate and enrich their knowledge in bioinformatics because it serves as more than a crash course and will be a stepping stone for their career.

I am extremely glad to be a part of the Experteze research team. During my undergraduate studies,
I joined the Experteze Bioinformatics Bootcamp, where I learned a lot about the practical applications
of bioinformatics. It was here that I gained my first research experience and learned how to conduct
research. Joining Experteze and participating in the bootcamp motivated me to start reading research
articles and reviewing multiple papers, all thanks to the guidance I received from Experteze.

in the post corona era, which was jointly offered by my college and experteze. As a part
of the experteze research program, I found the course to be extremely informative and valuable.
The course content was extensive and covered a wide range of topics related to computational
biology and its applications in the post corona era. Dr.Mohan is knowledgeable and experienced,
providing in-depth insights and making each of us understand the concepts better by involving us
in various projects and those case studies allowed me to apply the knowledge I gained and develop

Experteze is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization promoting STEMM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics and Medicine) education and research and dedicated to creating a diverse and experienced workforce for the industry.
Our mission is to help train underprivileged or underserved students, foster collaborations between students in developing and developed countries, motivate them to pursue careers in STEMM research and development and create a workforce experienced in STEMM areas to meet the needs of the society and industry.
We seek to accomplish this mission by creating a partnership between universities, private companies and students, such that each group contributes to the overall solution to the challenge.
Experteze Research
Disciplines such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, bioinformatics and computational biology are emerging as critical fields of innovation, providing techniques to solve major challenges of the modern society. However, there is a growing shortage of trained researchers, which threatens our ability as a society to apply the science to find new cures and solutions. In addition, there is a growing disparity as students from developing world are falling behind in these crucial skills as they don't have proper introduction and resources to train in these fields. Thus, we are losing a significant population of students globally who could otherwise be significant contributors to scientific research if only we engaged them properly and provided them the opportunity. Meanwhile, the industry is facing critical manpower shortage for getting quality research work done. Without qualified researchers in future, we will not be able to find solutions for the critical problems we face today.

Experteze Internships
Experteze Internship and Independent Projects program is designed to provide opportunities for young scholars to build their expertise in a subject by working on individualized projects and mentored by specialists in that topic. It is an integral part of our Experteze programs.
Our mission of Experteze Internship is to help young scholars to engage in a meaningful research activity on a selected topic and demonstrate their ability to conduct independent research. Unlike a formal PhD program, the flexible structure does not have organizational overhead or restrictions. The scholar will select a topic of interest to them, work with a mentor and prepare a report on their research. The results will be published in open literature such as arXiv and thus can be used to demonstrate the scholar's mastery in the subject.
Experteze Internship will be a viable way to gain experience in a subject matter and could lead to new career opportunities. While the scholar is expected to contribute significant time and effort during the project implementation stage, Experteze can help make match with suitable mentors, help in the project planning stages and facilitate the interactions.
